We provide industrial cleaning for production, process and storage sites where routine cleaning cannot remove established residues or reach affected equipment and building surfaces.

Process residues
Oil, swarf, dust, grease and sludge require different cleaning and recovery methods.
Isolation
Hazardous machine access requires suitable isolation for movement, stored energy and inadvertent restart.
Cleaning limits
Cleaning can expose defects but does not replace mechanical, structural or process testing.
Cleaning around production and plant
Machinery surrounds, transfer points, floors, high-level steelwork and containment areas present different cleaning problems. Sensitive components may rule out wet methods, while fine or combustible dust requires collection equipment suited to the material and the working atmosphere.
Isolation and safe access
A stopped machine is not automatically safe to access. Where cleaning reaches hazardous parts, isolation needs to address electrical, mechanical, pressure and other stored-energy risks, including inadvertent restart. Work at height and confined-space entry require their own assessed controls.

Contamination and waste handling
The HSE COSHH guidance covers hazardous substances at work. Cleaning equipment, protective measures and waste handling need to reflect the actual residue, particularly where the material presents health, fire or compatibility hazards.
Cleaning results and maintenance findings
Removing deposits can expose leaks, corrosion, worn coatings or damaged joints. Those findings can guide separate maintenance work, but cleaning does not prove equipment performance or replace repair, testing or inspection.
Industrial Cleaning Service for Industrial Sites: common questions
Can one industrial cleaning method be used across a whole factory?
No. The residue, surface and equipment in each area can require different treatment.
Is a stopped production line safe to clean inside?
Not by default. Hazardous access requires suitable isolation against movement and stored energy.
Can industrial vacuuming be used for any dust?
No. Filtration and suitability for ignition or explosive-atmosphere hazards are separate considerations.
What if cleaning exposes a leak or damaged surface?
The visible issue can be identified for maintenance, while repair or testing remains separate unless specifically included.
